Truck Master Warranty names Chris Warlen National Sales Manager
Youngstown, OH. (Aug. 17th, 2023) — Truck Master Warranty, a national provider of used heavy-duty truck warranties and insurance products, has named Chris Warlen, a veteran in the Commercial Trucking industry, as its National Sales Manager.
Warlen has extensive knowledge in the industry having held various positions ranging from Used Truck Sales Manager, Finance Director, VP, and Managing Partner in an array of sectors spanning retail, wholesale, leasing, and logistics.
“Chris will oversee all sales activities and market-share growth by identifying underserved territories and hiring new business development talent,” said Rob Fox, Truck Master’s Chief Executive Officer. “He will also play a role in obtaining critical dealer and customer feedback to improve our products, service, and processes which will be key to delivering best-in-class warranties to the industry.”

Warlen will work with the territory account representatives to ensure they have the tools they need for success, refine training processes, and maintain a reputation for high customer satisfaction. He will begin his tour of duty working closely with A.J. Johnson & James Works, senior vice president of Dealer Development.
