Truck Master Warranty Names Adam Fifield National Sales Manager
BRANDON, Fla. (Nov. 4, 2022) — Truck Master Warranty, a national provider of used heavy-duty truck warranties and insurance products, has named Adam Fifield, a veteran in the automotive retail, warranty and insurance industries, as its National Sales Manager.
Fifield has extensive automotive retail experience, including sales of commercial trucks as a manager and an owner of multiple franchises in Illinois. In addition, he was most recently a vice president for Assurant, a global provider of risk management solutions.
Adam will oversee all sales activities and market share growth by identifying underserved territories and hiring new business development talent, said A.J. Johnson, Truck Master’s chief operating officer. He will obtain critical dealer and customer feedback to improve our products, service, and processes which will be key to delivering best-in-class warranties to our customers.
Fifield also has expertise in sales and product training and will make building a powerful sales team a priority.

Johnson said Fifield will work with the account representatives to ensure they have the tools they need for success, refine training processes, and maintain a reputation for high customer satisfaction. He will begin his tour of duty working closely with James Works, senior vice president of Dealer Development.
